Progressly collects account details (name, email, role), coaching workspace data (clients, habits, logs, check-ins), and billing identifiers needed to operate subscriptions.
2. How we use data
We use your data to provide accountability tracking, dashboard analytics, weekly summaries, secure authentication, and billing operations.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share required data only with service providers needed to run the platform (authentication/database, billing, email, and AI providers).
4. Security
Access is controlled by role-based permissions and row-level security. Sensitive keys are server-side only. Critical actions are logged for operational auditability.
5. Retention and deletion
Data is retained while your account is active. To request deletion, contact support from the email on file.
